Natural paving products are by definition produced from natural materials and in common with all such materials there may be significant colour and surface differences across a number of flagstones or tiles within the same range. Samples are provided as an indication of the surface texture and general colour classification. We would recommend that several flagstones or tiles are viewed together to appreciate the scope of variation prior to purchase.

The manufacturer of paving and walling products cannot be held responsible for the apparent fading and colour or any other effects on the appearance of the product due to “efflorescence” which is a characteristic of all good quality products with high cement content. This effect generally disappears with time.

The products are formed from natural stone materials and concrete, including sandstone, limestone, slate, granite and marble. As such the products supplied are of an inert material and inherently non-hazardous to health.

All natural stone products are sourced through companies that are affiliated to the Ethical Trading Initiative. www.ethicaltrade.org

Timber

Timber is a natural product and will be subject to movement and weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for small splits to occur (called shakes) in timber when drying, and for warping when timber is allowed to dry too rapidly. These will normally revert when humidity rises. This is nature at work and should not be considered a fault. ACCEPTABLE LIMITS ARE DEFINED IN THE RELEVANT BRITISH STANDARDS

Didcot Calor and Paving Centre Limited cannot and will not accept responsibility for cylinders of gas loaded and transported on any vehicle for commercial use.It is your responsibility to ensure that you are properly qualified, equipped and trained to carry dangerous goods by road.
